Here are a few things you can do. You need to brush and floss regularly, just like you would if you had a mouth of all-natural teeth.Brush after each meal and floss once a day. Use mouthwash. Come see us every six months. Don't Grind Your TeethGrinding your teeth is another issue that can cause your body to reject the implants. That's because you may grind down on your teeth so hard that you break the implant or cause it to move. If that happens, the body may see it as an attack and start rejecting the implant. If you know you grind your teeth in your sleep, talk to us about a mouth guard. It will help ensure that your new implants don't get damaged in any way.Be Careful Playing SportsAlso, if you play sports, be sure you take the appropriate precautions.
